Kitchen, Fireplace, Jacuzzi, and screened in decks face the water with ceiling fans for your comfort. Ursa Minor Lodge is pine logs with cedar trim outside, inside many types of natural finish woods complete the elegant Ozark cabin atmosphere. Amenities are in the upscale Eureka Springs tradition with Jacuzzi tubs for two, cozy fireplaces, central heat and air, CD/DVD/VCR entertainment systems, and nicely equipped kitchen for home cooked meals. Comfortable big beds with first class linens and towels provided. Ursa Minor is 3,500 sq ft of luxury living on three wooded acres right on Beaver Lake with a swim dock out back, in other words it's the Ozark version of "heaven on earth" and it's all only 10 min. from downtown Eureka Springs Arkansas.

The lodge is very roomy and provides more privacy than your run of the mill Ozark rental cabin, all of the living areas double as sleeping areas, but there are still two 40 x 12 foot decks, 1 screened-in, the other is the all weather "great room" on the main level. Even with 12 people the lodge is not strained for space.

Off season you may rent Rent 1, 2, or all 3 levels according to your needs! In any case you will be the only ones there, we only rent to one family or group at a time. Yes! we give discounts up to 20% for rental of multiple levels/suites for three days or more. The in season is the good ol' Summer time: June, July, August - rent by the week 5 or 6 night plan - see below...

Howdy! My name is Ivan Thompson, I have been enjoying the Eureka Springs / Beaver Lake area for more than 20 years. After all those good times I know what makes a great Ozark Vacation house and we built it all in to Ursa Minor in 2004.

I welcome you and your family to share in this wonderful place with it's clean water, fresh air, fishing, and close proximity to Eureka Springs. I am often surprised that guests thank me for letting them stay at our lodge, I think that's because Ursa Minor is so personal and friendly not like a motel or other commercial operation.
