In the summer we look to book the whole house by the week 5, 6, or 7 nights.
Summer weekends only become available on those weeks

The above example shows the 1st is open, Saturday is booked and Friday is a  transition day.
Transition days are days where previous guests check out in the AM and new guests check in in the PM.
