Reservation Policy

Spring and fall bookings are accepted most any time
for any two days or more and any suite configuration*
*Your reservation must be booked and paid in full 10 days ahead of
your check in date no last minute bookings will be entertained.   

Ursa Minor Lodge Payment Policy

Our policy is always to accommodate you our dear guests
but we must follow these rules:

50% deposit required for your reservation. 
Balance on your rental is due 14 days before your stay.
Rates subject to state and local sales tax of 8.5%
Cancel 30 days or less before the start of your stay
and your deposit is 100% forfeit.
All refunds are subject to a 10% nuisance fee
>> that's 10% of the total rental not just the deposit!
We are not Holiday Inn don't make a reservation if you may change your mind!

There is a always a 2-night minimum stay requirement.
In the case of Holiday and other special events we may require
longer stays, multiple rentals or up charges. 

Ursa Minor is a Self-service lodge,
 no smoking, and no pets.  

Off-season rates are slightly lower than summer season.
Rates subject to change, rentals subject to availability
and reservation policy* above.

Check is preferred, but most credit cards are accepted except AE.

Summer Rentals please note:
Check out time 10 AM no later
Check in no earlier than 3PM

Note: summer rentals are by the week and use the summer weekday rate - rarely a summer weekend may be available and so we post the rate.
